Website Service Agreement

Between FVA70K Services and the Client named below

1. Parties

2. Scope of Work

FVA70K Services agrees to design, build, and launch a website for the Client as described below:

The website will be built from content provided by the Client (text, images, prices, business details). FVA70K will not invent business information.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Total project fee: NGN  
  2. Deposit: 50% (NGN  ) due upon signing this agreement, before work begins.
  3. Balance: 50% (NGN  ) due upon launch, before the website goes live on the Client's domain.
  4. Payments via bank transfer or Paystack. Receipts issued for all payments.

4. Timeline

  1. Content deadline: Client provides all content (text, images, logo) within   days of signing.
  2. Build period: FVA70K delivers the website within   working days of receiving complete content.
  3. Review period: Client has 7 days to request revisions after delivery.
  4. Delays caused by late content delivery extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions during the review period. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.

6. Maintenance (FVA70K Care)

  1. Tier 1 maintenance is included for   months from launch (6 months for Starter, 12 months for Premium).
  2. Covers: security updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, content changes on request, SSL management.
  3. After the included period, renewal is NGN 100,000/year (Starter: NGN 75,000/year).

7. Ownership

  1. Upon full payment, the Client owns the website design and content.
  2. The domain name is registered in the Client's name.
  3. FVA70K retains the right to list the website in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellation

  1. Client may cancel before work begins for a full deposit refund.
  2. After work begins, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels mid-project, work completed to date remains the property of FVA70K until the balance is settled.
  3. FVA70K may cancel with full refund if the project becomes unworkable due to missing content after 30 days.

9. General

  1. Both parties will communicate professionally and respond within 2 working days.
  2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria.
  3. Disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion, then mediation if needed.
